New this year:

• Processing Your Own Chicken:  learn how to process your meat birds.  This is a hands-on class so you'll be handling the birds and we will have birds available for purchase.  Attend class and have fresh chicken that night.
• Breadmaking:  So, you've always wanted to learn to make fresh bread. This class is your opportunity to learn.
• Online Classes:  We're excited to offer several of our most popular classes ONLINE! For those of you with hectic schedules who can't attend an on-farm class, we offer our Raising Chickens, Raising Goats, and Growing Herbs online.  (see schedule for dates and times)
