Hidden Springs Farms

A LITTLE PIECE OF COUNTRY

Staff

Running a farm takes lots of help and hard work. We\\\'d like you to meet our staff. Scroll over each picture to learn more about everyone at Hidden Springs Farm
Ken Wortman
After 20+ years in the Army Special Forces, Ken was ready for life in the country. Of course he still manages to keep some of that military excitement by doing contract work all over the world. With Ken's experience and hard work, we have really gotten things done on the farm. If something needs to be built, mended, torn down or put up, Ken is the man!
Emma Wortman
Emma is our 1st guardian dog. Her job is to guard the goats and especially the new kids. She loves being on the farm and stretching her ever-growing legs.
Bubba Wortman
What's a barn without a barn cat? Bubba is our barn guard. He keeps the mice away and keeps the dogs inline. He is also quite the "ladies man" so we will probably see an increase in our kitty population in the spring.
Karen Wortman
Karen is the farm manager, animal feeder, stall mucker, bush-hogger, and in general runs the day to day operation. Not too bad for a girl that didn't like to get dirty a few years ago. Farm life is perfect for her. She spends what free time she has riding her two Tennessee Walking Horses Rebel and Bonnie.
Sadie & Trooper Wortman
Sadie is our Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd who is responsible for herding the goats when they need to be moved. She is still young and learning, but loves her job. Trooper will be Emma's assistant when he gets a bit bigger. The girls give him a hard time right now, but he is learning as well.
