A dozen Farm-Fresh eggs each week beginning the 1st Saturday in May and running through the end of October.  Our hens free-range the farm eating bugs, grass, and whatever they find appealing.  For this program, you get a dozen eggs each week, a 5 gallon bucket of chicken poop for your garden (compost), and a pastured raise broiler. Your broiler will be delivered at the end of the season.  

Our pastured-raised broiler chickens are AWESOME!  Your poultry CSA includes two broilers each month beginning in May and running through October.  That's a total of 12 pastured-raised chickens.  We know you'll taste the difference!   Our birds start out in brooder boxes under the heat lamps until they get their feathers.  Then they move outside to the pasture to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and grass.  Our poultry is processed by a small family operated USDA processing facility and are packed as whole birds.  They weight between 4 & 5 lbs.  

In this program, you become part owner in our herd of Nubian Dairy goats.  You pay "room & board" for your portion of the goat you have partial ownership in and receive a gallon of raw goat's milk each week. In Tennessee, you can legally drink the raw milk from your animal or an animal that you have ownership in.  You will pay a one-time of fee of $45.00 and must sign a Herd Boarding Agreement.  Then, you will pay a monthly fee of $35.00 for the feeding, milking, and care of your portion of the herd.  This entitles you to one gallon of milk a week.  

When you choose this option, you will pay the initial fee of $45.00 and we will send you a copy of the Herd Share Agreement with additional details.  This program is very limited so if you are interested, we encourage you to sign up early.  Questions? Just email us.
