Basic Herbs: Deciding what to plant

3 hours course: $20.00

For those just beginning to enjoy herbs and those who may already have outgrown their gardens, this workshop will focus on planning your Herb Garden based on the herbs you will use in the kitchenand for aroma purposes. Each participant will plan an herb garden after learning about various herbs and their uses.

Herbal Vinegar and Oil Workshop

2 hour course: $25.00 (includes supplies)

Herbal vinegars and oils add a special "tang" to your sauces, salads, and breads. Join us to learn about making your own herbal vinegars and oils. Each participate will take home either an oil or vinegar that they created with fresh herbs from our garden.

Herbal Mixes: Create your own special blend

2 hour course: $20.00 (includes supplies)

Dress up your meals with unique herbal mixes that you create yourself. We will discuss some easy to grow herbs and how you can make special blends that will "WOW" your friends and family. You'll take home two unique blends that you will create from our fabulous dried herbs.

Herb Gifts: Soaps, Bath Blends, and MORE!

3 hour course: $25.00 (includes supplies)

Just in times for the holidays! Learn to make your own herbal gifts. We will discuss soap making, bath blends, sleep pillows and more. You'll take home a special gift to keep for yourself.
